I recently has the incredible opportunity to perform at Gotham Comedy Club. British comedian Jimmy Carr recently performed there and said he felt like it was his make a wish dream come true. Gotham Comedy Club is one of the most famous and elite comedy clubs in the country. It is located in NYC in the Chelsea nieghborhood. The famous Chelsea Hotel is right next store, literally they are touching each other. Many a famous rock star has blacked out at this hotel and made really bad choices, which in some cases even led to death. You better google the chelsea.

All that to say its a sureal experience. The first night I got their Lisa Lampenelli was coming off stage, and I ran into Donald Trumps kids. Arty Lang did a 45 minute set, and one of the main guys from the Chapell show closed out the night. I was nervous. Mostly of Arty asking me for change, or trying to sleep at my hotel. He looks homeless, and smells worse.

The night I performed it was sold out, and thankfully Arty Lang wasnt there anymore. I think they called the cops on him. I am very proud to have played Gotham and I hope i get the chance to work there again someday.
Worst Rap In History

My hat is off to eminem. Cause he is a lyrical genius and he is white. Rapping isnt as easy as it looks yall. I rapped to open the Chris Miller Show and it was an utter disaster but that is what comedy is all about. Those uncomfortable moments. I hope you enjoy my embarrassing failure of a rap.

Root Down in Denver, Site of Happy Hour this week

Guys this week we shot Happy Hour at Root Down in Denver Colorado. Its in the an area called the Highlands. Not exactly sure why that call it the highlands, but if you know send me an email. This place is awesome! Words dont exactly describe, so I shot and edited you a commercial so that you could the place for yourself. Also the music in the background is the name of the album, "ROOT DOWN", that it was name after. You have to go and check this place out, its the bestest!

Roof top relaxation, and eliminating waist full email practices so that your productivity will soar

We had a last minute cancelation this week with our original restaurant, but Spill stepped up and saved us! Thank you so much to their management team and staff for taking great care of us this week. For those of you in Denver who dont know Spill actually opens at 4pm daily to cater to the Happy Hour crowd. They have a great rooftop bar, and lounge area that is a great destination for Happy Hour. They have great drink specials and food specials and Monday is their biggest night of the week. So, if you are still itchin to go out after a long weekend, and you have a case of the Mondays head over to Spill for Happy Hour.

In this weeks productivity section we show you how to free up at least an hour per day by eliminating wasteful time on email. It is estimated that 21.8 billion dollars per year is waisted on email. At least 80% of the emails that we receive on a daily basis are spam, or un important. However, we have been trained like Pavlovs dogs to respond to our email whenever it calls on us! We stop what were doing to check that ever important email, and it disrupts thought patterns and productivity. It is estimated that we waist up to 1 to 3 hours per day on email! Time is the most precious commodity that we have and we have and we have to learn to guard it well! Use the tips in this post and video to free up more time, create more productivity, make more money, and live life outside your inbox! cribs edition, Dirty Martini, how to create more creativity in your life!

The United States is currently in an economic recession, so we decided to do our first ever Cribs edition of Happy Hour at my house! You dont always have to have Happy Hour out at a bar! You can save money and get creative by having it at your home with close friends. This also creates a more intament atmosphere which will generally result in more stimulating conversation. If you are going to have Happy Hour at home make sure you have some food items and drinks ready to go before guests arrive. In the show we feature the dirty martini, which is an inexpensive drink to make but also very easy to put together.

For the next four weeks we will be discussing creativity, and exploring the myth of the creativity decline in America. Is creativity as a competency really declining in America? Do you feel that kids are getting the proper education and being trained well enough at home? Is the work place beginning to drain people of all imagination and the will to create? In this episode we discuss this potential threat and give you a couple of pointers on how to create more creativity in your life, or how to flex your creative muscle.

We will be covering creativity for the next 4 weeks. So tune in each week for more compelling information on creativity, and how you can begin to develop creativity in your own life, or in your company.

You have prolly seen Leonard in various shows, commercials, comedy clubs, and on youtube. But one of his most notable credentials was working on the show Wild N Out on MTV. We got to catch up with Leonard in his hotel room after he was done performing in Denver, CO. Leonard, thank you for the interview

One of the reasons we wanted to interview Leonard is that it doesn't matter if you made it in comedy, sales, or business. There is always a foot print that some one leaves behind, that if you follow may bring you success. When we interview celebrities we are not looking for a vanilla conversation, but we are looking for tangible things, tools, or ideas that we can bring to you that may help you along the way! For instance if you want to become a comedian where do you go. Should you move to LA or New York? Should you get an agent right away? Should you focus more on material than on being on stage? These are questions that are hard to get answers to in most cases. They are also questions that can apply to any business. In this short clip Leonard gives great advice about following your dream! Inventing a product, and Ms. April 2010

Jet was our host this week!! Thank you so much to Cassandra and her team! Jet truly is a lifestyle. In this post I show you how to invent a product with a few simple steps. Many people have ideas but let fear get the best of them. I dont know how to market, manufacture, talk about, get to market, patent, or create my product. These insecurities are usually bigger than they seem, and can be handled easier than you think. I give you a couple of tips that will allow you to navigate the process a bit smoother.
